EOH Abantu: growing all the time

4 October 2007

Specialist labour broker EOH Abantu, an EOH company, has recently added ePrime Consulting - a dynamic contracting and labour broking company - to its stable.
Johan van Jaarsveld, MD: EOH Abantu, explains that the acquisition of ePrime offered the company an ideal way to grow the business, "One of our primary objectives is to grow EOH Abantu both organically and acquisitively in specialist areas. As an established company with an impeccable track record, ePrime brings valuable skills and expertise to our existing team. We are confident that it will add huge value to our business and enhance our current offering."
With several placed SAP subcontractors already in place and clients that include numerous top one hundred companies, ePrime has firmly established itself in a very competitive ERP market where skills are in short supply. The acquisition has proved extremely valuable for the six year old company as owner Eben De Jong, now divisional director: EOH Abantu, explains, "For ePrime to continue its growth we required a solid financial platform. EOH was a match for our business both in terms of professional culture and in its partnership philosophy. We are looking forward to helping build the Abantu division by growing its client base."
With the acquisition effective from 1 August 2007, EOH Abantu promises to become even more of a force in the national labour broking market. And, with skills in such short supply, companies looking for specialists in IT can be even more confident of the company's ability to find them the right people to do the job.
